Candidates desirous to take admission in D.El.Ed.course must-have passed at least higher secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination. Eligible candidate should apply in prescribe form which can be obtained along with college prospectus from the college office on payment of Rs. 1000/- only. The application form duly filled in all respect should be submitted along with the attested copies of relevant documents and mark sheet such as
- Attested copies of mark sheet of High school /Metric/ICSE/CBSE), Intermediate or Higher Secondary (+2) (ISCE/CBSE).
- Attested copies of mark sheet of High school (Metric) Certificate in support of Date of Birth.
- Attested copies of school Leaving Certificate.
- Attested copy of caste and Income Certificate from competent authority.
- Attested copy of Residential Certificate of Jharkhand state.
CANDIDATES MUST NOTE THAT
- Incomplete applications form will be rejected and application form reaching after the date specified will not be entertained.
- Application forms not supported by the Residential Certificate will be rejected.
- The attested Photostat copies, if found faulty or entries proved incorrect at any stage, the candidature and the admission of such candidate will be cancelled forthwith.
- Candidates who have already been enrolled for any other courses, are not allowed to take admission in two courses simultaneously.
- As per NCTE norms a candidate should have secured at least 50% (45% SC/ST/OBC) marks in the aggregate at higher secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination of a recognized Board.
SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION
Karim City College is a Muslim Minority Institution 50% seats are reserved for Muslim Minority candidates and for the remaining 50% seats the following reservation will be strictly followed.
General – 50%
ST – 26%
SC – 10%
OBC – 14%
3% seats are reserved for physically handicapped candidates as per the certificate within the total categories.
Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Name of the selected candidates will be placed on the notice Board and selected candidates will have to complete the admission formalities within the stipulated time, failing which, admission will be offered to the candidates from the waiting list.
Selected candidates will submit the following document at the time of admission and their verification with original documents will strictly be made by the assigned offered.
- Attested Photostat copies of Board, Council.
- School Leaving Certificate (S.L.C. Original)
- Five copies of recent colour passport size photographs
- Migration Certificate (Original if migrated from other Board.
- Caste and Income Certificate (SC/ST/BC/OBC) issued from the competent authority.
- Residential Certificate of the state of Jharkhand.
- Relieving Certificate from the employer (If employed).
